I understand the nuances and challenges of personal training like no other. I have nearly a decade of experience; one-on-one personal training, small group personal training, boot camp classes, older adults classes and during the first two COVID-19 lockdowns in the UK I wrote, designed and published my first two books; How 2 Get Fit 4 Later Life and How 2 Go Vegan 4 Weight Loss.
Post COVID-19 I made the decision to relocate Murcia, Spain and focus on online personal training, but before finding my calling to retrain as a personal trainer. I spent over two decades as a marketer, working in a diverse range of sectors. I love helping people, so last year I decided to launch my own freelance digital marketing agency. The combination of both has enabled me to realise a long-term dream; to live in Spain in the beautiful city of Murcia. I help clients achieve their health and fitness goals online. And I help clients grow their businesses; it's a win win; physical and fiscal fitness!
